I teach my Yoga classes with a combination of intelligence sequencing, proper alignment, flow, breath, meditation, philosophy, and love.
The true power of yoga lies not only in it’s ability to give strength and vitality to the physical body but in the profoundly positive way it changes the whole human system. It brings focus to the mind, clears negative emotional states, creates new healthy habits/behaviours, improves our relationships both on a personal and global level and awakens powerful spiritual experiences.

Saturdays | 9:00am – 10:00am PST
This is an intermediate level yoga class blending flow, alignment, breath awareness and introducing more challenging postures. Props, modifications, and variations are offered to support your individual practice. Pranayama, meditation and philosophy are often sprinkled in.

Wednesdays | 9:30am – 10:45am PST
Fridays | 9:30am – 10:45am PST
Saturdays | 11:00am – 12:15pm PST
These thoughtfully sequenced classes blend alignment with a slower paced vinyasa flow. Breath, intention, props and posture breakdown are used to support a well-rounded and deeply satisfying practice. Pranayama, meditation and philosophy are often sprinkled in.
