Classes

I teach my Yoga classes with a combination of intelligence sequencing, proper alignment, flow, breath, meditation, philosophy, and love.

The true power of yoga lies not only in it’s ability to give strength and vitality to the physical body but in the profoundly positive way it changes the whole human system. It brings focus to the mind, clears negative emotional states, creates new healthy habits/behaviours, improves our relationships both on a personal and global level and awakens powerful spiritual experiences.

This is an intermediate level yoga class that blends yoga alignment, breath awareness and flow.  Modifications and variations are given to support your individual practice.

Hatha Flow

Where: In-person, Padma Studio
When: Tues | 9:30 – 10:30am PT
Sat | 11:00am – 12:15pm PT

These in-person classes blend alignment and vinyasa flow with breath and intention. Props, demonstrations, and posture breakdown are often used to support a well-rounded and deep practice.

This is an all levels yoga class that blends yoga alignment, breath awareness and flow.  Modifications and variations are given to support your individual practice.
